Recommendations for facades

There are many factors to consider when choosing a facade for a building, such as the climate, the style of the building, the budget, and the maintenance requirements. Here are a few options to consider:
  1. Brick: Brick is a classic and durable choice for facades. It is available in a variety of colors and can be laid in different patterns to add visual interest.
  2. Stone: Natural stone facades can add a sense of elegance and timelessness to a building. However, they can be expensive and require more maintenance than other options.
  3. Stucco: Stucco is a cement-based plaster that is applied to the exterior of a building in layers. It is a popular choice in warm, dry climates and can be painted in a variety of colors.
  4. Glass: Glass facades can create a modern, sleek look for a building. They allow natural light to enter the interior, but can also be more expensive and require more maintenance than other options.
  5. Metal: Metal facades, such as aluminum or steel, can be a durable and low-maintenance choice. They can also be manufactured in a variety of colors and finishes to suit the design of the building.
It's important to carefully consider all of the factors and choose a facade that is appropriate for the specific building and location.

Surface

Fronside is used on any prepared even surface: aerated concrete, foamed concrete, polystyrene foam, foam plastic, rigid mineral wool board, gypsum plasterboard and others.
Excellent for finishing facades of buildings and constructions, for decorating interiors (fireplaces, living rooms, lobbies, administrative and household premises), as well as when repairing wall defects.

Glue

We recommend using white glue designed for mosaic and porcelain stoneware, water-resistant, frostproof, strong adhesive. You can use dry adhesive mixtures of any manufacturer's range with the appropriate characteristics.

Approx. 1 sack of 25 kg of adhesive is needed for 8 m² of wall.

Gue Recommendations
There are several types of glue that can be used for facades, and the best choice will depend on the materials being bonded and the specific needs of the project. Some options to consider include:
  1. Polyurethane glue: This type of glue is strong and flexible, making it ideal for bonding a variety of materials, including metal, concrete, and wood. It is also resistant to moisture, making it suitable for outdoor use.
  2. Epoxy glue: This type of glue is extremely strong and resistant to water and chemical degradation, making it a good choice for bonding metal and concrete. It is also resistant to heat, making it suitable for use in high temperature environments.
  3. Acrylic glue: This type of glue is a good choice for bonding lightweight materials, such as plastic, foam, and paper. It is also resistant to water and UV radiation, making it suitable for outdoor use.
  4. Contact cement: This type of glue is ideal for bonding surfaces that will be subjected to high stress or movement, such as flooring or tiles. It is also resistant to water and heat, making it suitable for outdoor use.
  5. Structural adhesive: This type of glue is designed for bonding structural elements, such as beams, columns, and support brackets. It is extremely strong and resistant to water, heat, and chemical degradation and furniture. Overall, it is important to choose a glue that is suitable for the specific materials being bonded and the specific needs of the project. It is also important to follow the manufacturer's instructions for use to ensure optimal bonding strength and durability.

Temperature

Remove the protective film after the adhesive dries out completely, which depends on the temperature conditions in which the installation is carried out, and on the substrate on which the adhesive is applied, as different materials have different degrees of absorption of moisture. When the adhesive is really dry, the protective film should come off easily.

Caution! Do not install at temperatures below +5°C!

Storage

In winter the material should be stored in a WARM and DRY place, since at low temperatures the material becomes brittle. If AMK is delivered in the cold season, it is not recommended to open the folded AMK sheet immediately upon receipt. It is necessary to place the boxes with the material in a warm room and let them "warm up".

During the warm season - storage in a DRY place. Choice the right services!

Note

Facades have long ceased to be just a beautiful exterior design of a house. Until the building is clad, the construction is considered unfinished.

Materials, technology and design for finishing house facades are thought out at the design stage. This is quite an important stage, because the finishing of the facade of the house is performed not only for decorative purposes. It protects the supporting structures from external influences (moisture, steam, temperature fluctuations, wind), insulates and soundproofs.
